ADNOC Onshore’s Dr. Abdulla Al Zaabi, SVP Projects & Technical Centers, and Salman Altamimi, VP Projects & Construction, recently met with our UAE National colleagues working in support of our contracts.
Descon Engineering is engaged in the procurement and construction of equipment at two of ADNOC Onshore’s fields, as well as the provision of inspection services across its operations.
Our team was pleased to discuss the success of ADNOC’s In-Country Value (ICV) program - which has contributed AED187 billion back into the UAE economy so far - and reaffirm Descon Engineering’s commitment to developing local talent.
We also recently participated in ADNOC’s Career Week, where we showcased the employment opportunities that have been created for UAE Nationals across our business.
The visit served as a testament to the strong bond between our organizations, enabling us to continue fostering a long-standing partnership, as well as explore avenues for further collaboration.
We are proud to be playing our part in a program that has enabled 11,500 private sector jobs for UAE Nationals since 2018.
