Descon Engineering hosted a group of Grade 12 female students specializing in mechanical maintenance engineering at the UAE office on October 25, 2023. This initiative aligns with our commitment to fostering local talent, contributing to the ICV (In-Country Value) initiative, and fulfilling our social responsibility towards preparing the engineers of tomorrow.

The ESE programme seeks to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with insights and exposure to the real-world application of their theoretical knowledge. As part of this initiative, Descon opened its doors to offer these young, aspiring engineers an opportunity to engage with our experts, observe our operations, and gain firsthand experience in a professional engineering environment.

The students got the chance to interact with our management and engage in discussions on various aspects of mechanical maintenance engineering and understand potential areas of employment opportunities in Descon once they complete their graduation. This hands-on experience aims to inspire, educate, and encourage these young talents, ensuring a positive impact on their academic and professional journey.
